Hi! I’m Tania

I am a wife and a mum of two beautiful daughters. I love cooking with my family and take great pleasure in helping my daughters develop positive experiences with food.

I appreciate good food and love sharing it with family and friends.

Like most people, I don't have the time to spend hours every day in the kitchen.  My repertoire of family meals and recipes are generally quick and easy, but also nutritious and enjoyable.

I have also been a dietitian for over 20 years. During this time, I have developed a passion for helping people enjoy good quality, nutritious food, and helping them establish a healthy relationship with food.

Healthy eating is so important for health and wellbeing, but food is so much more than fuel for our bodies. It can bring joy in the flavours and textures we love, in opportunities to be creative in the kitchen, and in bringing people together. I wholeheartedly believe in adopting eating behaviours for health, wellbeing, and enjoyment.

Nourish your body with what makes you feel good, physically and emotionally.

I don’t want people to weigh or measure food, or weigh and measure their bodies. I don’t focus on food diaries, counting daily energy intake or eating “diet” foods.

Instead, I encourage you to build the skills and confidence in your body’s ability to know when to eat, how much to eat, and what you would find satisfying.
