Homemade muesli
Aug 11, 2022This simple recipe for homemade muesli only requires 3 ingredients. Add your favourite unsalted nuts, seeds and fruit to serve.
Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180oC.
- Combine the ingredients well and place into a large baking tray.
- Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Stir the muesli halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Once cooled completely, store in an airtight container.

- Enjoy with a sprinkle of unsalted nuts or seeds, fresh or dried fruit, and serve with your choice of milk or yoghurt.
